At Caviar Outfits, we strive to provide fast, reliable and convenient shipping service to our customers. This Shipping Policy details our practices and terms related to the shipping of products purchased from our online store.
1 Shipping Scope:
We ship to addresses within the Spanish territory, including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
2 Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery time is calculated from the time your order is processed and shipped, and varies depending on the destination and shipping method selected during the checkout process. However, the estimated delivery periods are 48/72h from the date of purchase.
Estimated delivery times are indicated during the checkout process and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, adverse weather conditions or incidents with the courier company.
3 Shipping costs:
The costs are 4.95€ for shipments within the peninsula, 6.95€ for shipments to the Balearic Islands and 8.95€ for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
We offer free shipping for orders over 100€. This offer is automatically applied during the checkout process.
4 Shipment Tracking:
We provide our customers with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. This number allows you to track the status of your shipment through the respective carrier's website.
5 Delivery Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing their order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6 Delivery of Products:
Delivery is considered complete once the package has been delivered to the address specified during the checkout process.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice to schedule a new delivery or for the customer to pick up the package at a designated pick-up point.
7 Damaged or Lost Products:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipment, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation and take the necessary action.
